This year we will be exploring how the power of data can address the sustainability mega-challenges facing the food and beverage manufacturing industry. We will focus on the entire value chain and how we can use data to address issues and find solutions. The topics that will be explored include: the Circular Economy, Responsible Sourcing, Food Loss + Waste, and Climate Change Mitigation.
